Sometimes less is more to show off freshly grown local ingredients. This dressing is very simple and is all about letting your greens shine.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 small clove of garlic, or half a large clove
- 1 1/2 tsp of Todd's Granny's Mustard (or mild dijon)
- 1/2 tsp of Wildflower Honey
- 1/4 tsp of Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
- combine ingredients into 500ml mason jar and shake vigorously
- pour over your favourite greens and serve
