Purchase your Membership

After you've created an account, you can purchase your membership. Once you have purchased a membership, you are all set to start ordering!

Please note our online store will open for ordering from Saturday to Monday at 9pm, keep your eyes peeled for the Weekly Fresh Sheet! Any food orders placed prior to Saturday will be voided.

Our website is open for orders Saturday at 9AM to Monday at 9PM. Keep and eye out for our Weekly Fresh Sheet to hit your inbox. That's your cue to login & place your order!

We offer delivery to our business customers. We also partner with Tofino Delivery for delivery in Tofino.

We offer pickup on Thursdays and Fridays in Tofino, and on Fridays in Ucluelet.

When you place your order, you will be invited to select a pickup time that works with your schedule.

If you are unable to make your assigned pickup time, please contact us & we will work out a solution.

If you missed the deadline to order on Monday evening, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your late order.

For sorting the items, we have a sort & filter button on the product page. Here you will be able to select Alphabetical, Price, or Newly added products. 

How do I see the products listed alphabetically?

Sometimes our customer receive payment errors at the checkout when they are purchasing a membership along with other products. The membership product will need to be purchased separately, prior to purchasing grocery items.

For payment, there are multiple options at the checkout under the Payment section, and you can select e-transfer if you prefer. Please see below for an illustration:

Where is the option to pay by e-transfer?

At this time, TUCG does not ship our products. This error might arise if you did not select a pickup time in the cart page. Please go back to the cart page and select a pickup time:
