About TUCG

The Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild (TUCG) is a non-profit society that works to connect our coastal restaurants, families, groceries, and businesses with local farmers, fishers, and food producers. We work to make local food more accessible and affordable while at the same time providing a reliable market for some of our region’s best producers. In the past 10 years we have become one of the province’s most dynamic food hubs, which includes wholesale distribution, an online market, a local food box program, and working with community and health organizations in the region.
