Strawberry Rhubarb Galette: This TUCG recipe is a winning go-to that has the feel of a strawberry rhubarb pie but isn't as complicated to make. Serve with Chocolate Tofino's lavender honey ice cream. 

 

Classic Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp: A timeless favourite! Whip up a classic strawberry rhubarb crisp with a crunchy topping and tart filling. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.


Rhubarb Jam: Spread some sunshine on your morning toast with homemade rhubarb jam. Mix rhubarb with sugar, a splash of orange juice, and a hint of ginger for a deliciously zesty spread.
