Coco-Berry Mango Smoothie

This recipe makes 1 large smoothie or two smaller smoothies. 
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries from Gobind Farms
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cocofino coconut "yogurt"
  • 1 cup oat milk (less if you like a thicker smoothie) 
Optional: honey or maple syrup, to taste (if you prefer a sweeter smoothie)
 
Instructions:

Start by adding the frozen mixed berries, peeled mango slices, Cocofino "yogurt", and oat milk to a blender. If you like your smoothie on the sweeter side, you can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup at this stage.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more oat milk if needed. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve!
