Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed peppers (sweet, banana, bell, jalepenos, hot)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Roast the peppers if you have a grill or broiler, char the peppers until their skins are blackened, then let them cool before peeling the skin. (if your avoiding the charred flavour, simply chop fresh.)
- In a blender of food processor, combine the peppers, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Taste and adjust for seasoning if necessary. Want a spicer kick? Throw in a couple more hot ones!
