This recipe is too easy! You'll find yourself baking these week after week.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Set the oven to 225 degrees. Toss blueberries and sweetener in a bowl, then bake on a parchment lined pan until shrivelled but not completely dry (about 2 hours).
- Let cool and enjoy on top of salads, granola, yogurt, trail mix, you name it!
