These cranberry brie bites are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and buttery—ideal for holiday parties or casual get-togethers. Watch them disappear in seconds!

Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made crescent roll pastry dough (or homemade pastry)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Muffin Tin:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with parchment paper cups.
  2. Assemble the Bites:

    • Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares large enough to line each muffin cup. (If using homemade pastry, roll it to about 1/8-inch thickness before cutting.)
    • Gently press each square into the muffin cups, leaving the corners to overlap slightly at the top.
  3. Add the Filling:

    • Place one cube of brie in each dough-lined cup.
    • Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie.
  4. Bake:

    • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool slightly.
    • Top each with a small sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive flair, if desired.

Tips for Success

  • Make Ahead: Assemble the bites and refrigerate them (covered) for up to 8 hours before baking. Bake just before serving, they're best warm!
