Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made crescent roll pastry dough (or homemade pastry)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
-
Prepare the Muffin Tin: - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with parchment paper cups.

-
Assemble the Bites: - Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares large enough to line each muffin cup. (If using homemade pastry, roll it to about 1/8-inch thickness before cutting.)
- Gently press each square into the muffin cups, leaving the corners to overlap slightly at the top.

-
Add the Filling: - Place one cube of brie in each dough-lined cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie.

-
Bake: - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

-
Garnish and Serve: - Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Top each with a small sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive flair, if desired.

Tips for Success
- Make Ahead: Assemble the bites and refrigerate them (covered) for up to 8 hours before baking. Bake just before serving, they're best warm!
