Cabbage Sprouts are here for a good time, but not necessarily a long time! Don’t wait to try these tender little shoots! With a mild but slightly buttery stem, their flavour is very reminiscent of broccolini or broccoli rabe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Bundle of Cabbage Sprouts
- Parm
- Salt & Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Wash and cut your sprouts (you can eat the entirety of the sprout!) and lay out on a sheet pan.
- Toss in olive oil with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and roast in a 400 oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and dress with grated parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
Tip: We love eating these as a dinner side, but also great keeping the leftovers to add on a salad as a crispy bite!
