Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4-1/2 cup ice water + additional to thin if necessary
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon minced parsley or any herbs on hand
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the lemon tahini sauce by combining all the ingredients and whisking until completely smooth and creamy. This works best with an immersion blender or small food processor.
