Whether you’re fuelling a workout, a long shift, or a late-night rewatch… this rivalry-era blend always delivers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 mini bananas
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2  cup yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 cup coconut water or milk alternative of choice

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid depending on how thick you like it.
