Ingredients:
- 2 medium beets, scrubbed and quartered

- 1 large or 2 small carrots, peeled

- 1 long cucumber or ½ cup water (if using a blender)
Instructions:
With a Juicer:
- Feed the beets, apples, carrot, blood orange, and ginger through your juicer.
