Beet Antioxidant Juice

This juice is packed with earthy beets, crisp apples, sweet carrots, and a pop of citrus from blood oranges. It’s refreshing, naturally energizing, and loaded with antioxidants—perfect for starting your day or as an afternoon boost!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beets, scrubbed and quartered
  • 2 apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or another sweet variety)
  • 1 large or 2 small carrots, peeled
  • 1 blood orange, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional, for a little spice)
  • 1 long cucumber or ½ cup water (if using a blender)

Instructions:

With a Juicer:

  1. Feed the beets, apples, carrot, blood orange, and ginger through your juicer.
  2. Stir and enjoy immediately!

With a Blender:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with ½ cup water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother juice.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Make It Your Own:

Swap blood orange for a regular orange or a splash of lemon.
Add a handful of frozen berries for extra antioxidants.
Stir in a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon for an immune boost.

Drink fresh, or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
