Potatoes, Warba, 5lbs, Hothi Farm

One of the earliest potatoes off of B.C. farm fields. This waxy tuber has a creamy texture, distinctive pink markings and is enjoyed best steamed or boiled. 

Note: warba potatoes are best kept in the fridge as they have delicate skins and aren't as hearty as mature potatoes.
