Pectin, 0.25lb, Slow Set

This is a 100% Fruit pectin (a slow pectin) and is different from store bought varieties. 

The package has approx. 115 grams (enough pectin to set approx. 10-15 KG of fruit).

Use 10 Grams per 1KG of fruit. 

Pectin is a polysaccharide, a complex carbohydrate, naturally found in the cell walls of most fruits and vegetables.
