Full time - 5 days a week

What you need to know:

• Based out of our Tofino warehouse on Industrial Way
• 35-40 hours a week
• 8 hour shifts: Monday-Friday (weekends off!)
• $22-$25 per hour, based on experience

Who We Are Looking For:

• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to delegate, motivate others, and learn and apply conflict resolution strategies 
• Consistent physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and can lift up to 50 pounds regularly - Please advise us if you have any reoccurring injuries and how you have overcome the injuries in the past
• Great communication, problem solving and customer service skills
• Willing to learn and work hard 
• Past experience in any of these areas would be an asset: delivery driver, customer service, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, warehouse management
• BC Drivers license in good standing with ability to drive delivery trucks

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee warehouse organizational tasks including warehouse set up each day, to-do lists, break-down lists, invoicing, etc. 
• Wednesday break-down supervisor
• Work closely with other warehouse supervisor(s) and leads to execute and divide up tasks and responsibilities
• Work with leadership team to prioritize continuous improvement of warehouse processes, protocols, training, scheduling and team building 
• Attend weekly management meeting
• Provide hands-on support working on the floor with warehouse team 
• Do deliveries as needed
• Help oversee inventory management
• Work closely with Sales Team, Customer Service Manager and Purchasing Manager to ensure retail customer satisfaction
• Reports to Executive Director
