Handmade, gluten free pasta from Ombre Restaurant. Lumache is a great shape for holding sauces, also called the "shellbow".

This is enough pasta for approximately 2 servings. Please note Ombre is not a gluten free facility. While Ombre does their best, this product may contain trace amounts of gluten.

Ombre offers a culinary homage to Tofino’s mesmerizing, multicoloured sunsets. Everything is crafted in-house at their restaurant at 311 Neill Street in Tofino with a focus on minimal food waste. They use vegetable forward local ingredients sourced from TUCG to ensure the freshest flavours in every bite.
