Baking Instructions:

1. Thaw frozen cinnie buns in the fridge overnight on a parchment covered sheet pan. Spaced them at least 2 inches apart. Make sure they are covered with saran wrap.
2. In the morning preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
3. Place the cinnie bun tray on the stove top and allow them to proof for 45 minutes, until the dough is soft to the touch.
4. Remove wrap and bake in the oven for 8 minutes, then rotate the tray and bake for another 8 minutes.
5. Cinnies should be golden . Bake them a little longer if needed, or less if you like them softer of chewier.
6. Cool and cover with favorite cream cheese icing or sour cream glaze.

Ingredients: Kidney beans, black beans, basmati rice, onion, celery, carrots, san marzano tomatoes, dried sweet leaf basil, brown sugar, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, wheat tortilla shell, red wine vinegar.
