Directions (included on bag):

Pancakes: Mix 1½ cups pancake mix with 1 egg, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, & 1½ cups milk. Makes 10-12 pancakes per batch; 3 batches in pouch.

Waffles: Combine 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp oil with 2 beaten egg yolks. Add 1 ½ cups dry mix. Separately, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
