Lise from Tofino Hot Sauce takes locally sourced to the next level, working with farmers across Vancouver Island and B.C. to create her bold, flavour-packed sauces. Tofino Hot Sauce features ingredients from TUCG such as Michell’s Farm veggies, and peppers from Lina’s garden in Osoyoos. Lise is passionate about sauce and also about sustainability, making sure no byproduct of her hot sauce goes unused (she even makes seasoning salts from the pulp). Fun fact: Lise also works at TUCG!
