Max Seelenmayer, owner /operator embarked on an idea to bring fresh grown mushrooms to the island to supply restaurants. Being in the restaurant business for 24 years, many of which were pizzerias, it seemed that mushrooms available to restaurants were not the best quality, so by bringing them directly from the farm would be the best solution.
