Their cream-top milk is left unhomogenized, allowing the cream to rise to the top. You can pour the cream off into your morning coffee, or shake it in to use as whole milk. They pasteurize their milk low and slow and bottle it in glass, preserving the natural flavour of our farm-fresh milk.

We recommend enjoying within 7 days of first opening the cap.

946ml (1 quart; 32oz).

Milk, Vitamin D3.

Cowichan Milk Company is a true Vancouver Island family farm. All of their milk is produced by their 55 grass fed Holstein cows on their farm in the Cowichan Valley. Cowichan Milk Company grows all their own grass to feed their cows year-round with some purchased grain and alfalfa. Incredibly, they have naturally built their herd over the years to only produce the A2 protein, making their milk easier on digestion. Cowichan Milk Company also safely pasteurize their milk using the lowest pasteurization temperature that Canada permits to process their cows' milk (held at 69*C for 30 minutes) which makes it excellent for yogurt and cheesemaking.
