Farmer Ben’s Eggs is a 3rd generation family farm, owned and operated currently by Ian and Jennifer Woike. Ben, Ian’s father, started the egg layer farm in 1980, branching out to the grading and wholesale business with Ian in 1994. Ian and Ben have proudly been providing safe, fresh nutritious eggs to Vancouver Island for over 4 decades. Farmer Ben's hens are raised without the use of hormones, antibiotics or steroids, and exceed animal welfare standards set out by the Egg Farmers of Canada. They’re proud to have the first Enriched Housing in our state-of-the-art layer barn, operating since the Spring of 2019.
