Hazelnuts, Roasted, 1lb, Fraser Valley Hazelnuts

Fraser Valley Hazelnuts has been growing and processing high-quality hazelnut products—in-shell, raw kernel, and roasted kernel—since 2016. They started after a disease wiped out 95% of hazelnuts, and farmers reached out to us to see if they could help the industry by taking over the local production facility. From there, the industry has slowly been building itself back up producing more than enough hazelnuts to support the local BC market. During harvest time, local growers send their hazelnuts to the Fraser Valley Hazelnuts straight from the field. Once the nuts have been dried, in-shell products are sent to packaging and then to the market, while other products are sent to cracking, roasting, and then to packaging before being sent out to eager customers.
